Somewhat more lightly armed and armored, but much more mobile. Hardsuits (Or whatever you desire them to be) Could be fairly more armored and shielded (10% more base HP?) while the min combat medium frame Hardsuit moving the speed if a Amarr Assault Dropsuit. I would personally go for Hardsuits because I personally like the defensive stance of battle. XD Heh, I'm keeping my nose out of it. I am not a big fan of respecs, and while I think CCP should have given you guys a fair bit of warning, I think its a bit of overkill on the complaints over it.
